Hello Agents,

It has come to our attention that there are several accounts joining the Closers Discord server in a short period of time in order to increase votes from entries in the Fanart Contest.

The team has reviewed this and sadly we are limited with options to filter out those accounts that are not authentic or owned specifically by a unique user.

Therefore, we would like to announce that votes from accounts who joined in Closers Discord server before we started the Discord Fanart contest (July 21, 2021 at 2:30 AM UTC) will only count towards the final Fanart voting. We hope for your understanding.

Be warned that we will closely monitor the voting activities of the entries until the event ends on August 16, 2021 at 12:00 AM UTC. Any confirmed violators will be disqualified from this event and any community events that we will have in the future.
