Closers Summer Fan Art Contest

Let’s have some fun this summer!  To perk up all agents during this hot season, release your inner creativity, and show your fresh ideas through art! 

Showcase your summer-themed artwork of Closers for a chance to win a huge amount of N-coins and

an official Closers Summer Swim Suit Beach Towel Set merchandise!

Event Location

Mechanics

▶ Create a hand-drawn art, painting, or digital art that is related to Closers and the season of Summer!

Minimum Size Requirement

• For Digital Art: 1080×1080 (does not have to be square)
• For hand drawn/paint art: A3 or A4 size (please scan your artwork or take a clear photo of your entry during submission)

Submission

▶ One entry per Discord account and Closers account.

Submission Period

• July 21, 2021 to August 16, 2021 at 12:00 AM UTC

Submission Location

• Join to Closers World Discord server and submit your entry to #closers-summer-art-contest channel

Submission Format

• Closers Name and Closers Character name + attached your entry
• Closers Name: Eunha001, Closers Character Name: Eunha + attached a photo of your entry
• Warning Once the art was proven not originally created by the participant, they will be permanently banned from any community events in the future.
• Any entry that has “Edited” will be automatically disqualified.  If you need to change or edit your entry or post, remove the original entry then re-submit it again.
• During the event end period (August 16, 2021 at 12:00 AM UTC) the event channel will be hidden to avoid any further Discord votes while all entries are being compiled.

Criteria for judging

▶ 50% Discord React Vote
▶ 50% Art Team Vote

• 8 agents with the highest score will win!
• Red Heart (:heart:) reacts will only be counted, any other reacts will not be counted.

All winners will have their artwork announced on the Official Closers World Website and in Closers Steam.

The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd winners will also have their artwork posted in the Official Closers World Facebook, Twitter, and Discord.

• Winners will be announced on August 18, 2021, and they will be contacted through Discord on the same account that they have used to participate.
• Top 3 winners should be willing to provide us their Contact number and Delivery address for their official merchandise reward.

Rules

• Players should post an original art showcasing anything related to Closers and Summer.
• Art can be digital, painting, and hand-drawn or any forms of techniques are welcome.
• Entries should be submitted in photo form only (GIF, Video, etc. will not be valid).
• Naddic team has the right to remove any non-related entries or discussions in the event channel. If you have any concerns, you may contact us at support@closersonline.com.
• Participants are required to input their Closers Name and Character Name otherwise; the entry will be invalid.
• No explicit contents are allowed to be seen in the entry. Any art that can make others feel offended or uncomfortable will be removed.
• One entry per Discord account and Closers account.
• Any entry that has “Edited” will be automatically disqualified. If you need to change or edit your entry or post, remove the original entry then re-submit it again.
• Copied art from other participants or people outside the game will be disqualified.
