Hello Agents!
Thank you for patiently waiting for the responses of our Developers. As we have announced on Q&A with the Closers World Devs!, please know that we have compiled the most common concerns and topics with the highest emote votes in the Discord channel.
Below in this webpage, you will see the topic, your questions, and the answers of the Dev! We sincerely appreciate your unending support!
▶Topic: Content Gap between Korea server and World Server/Roadmap

Answer
The content update schedule of Closers World server is based on the stability and content consumption of players within the server. We always try our best to bring improvements and contents from the Closers Korea server that can easily be implemented in the World server.
Some contents may take time to be launched to the World server. The more complicated the content, the more time that we need to stabilize it before adding the patch. We humbly ask for your patience while we are carefully settling the outcome of the game patch.
Also, some updates may not be feasible to the World server. All Closers servers have differences in game contents and considerably with their own server economy. If we see that the World server economy is not yet ready for a specific update, it may take time for us to decide to include it.
This August 2021, we will be announcing the Closers World Roadmap that covers updates between September 2021 to March 2022. In this arrangement, you will be able to see the plans that we optimized for the World server. We will put our best efforts to provide better contents and service for Agents who are enjoying Closers in the World server.

▶Topic: Character Balance Patch and Patch Update

We regularly check the character skills balance and try to adjust it where we aim for improvements in leveling.
However, since we have 18 or more characters, it will take us for a while to set equal strength to every character considering that each of them has its own concepts and skills.
Please know that we are mindful and cautious in terms of the skill balance, we will slowly make improvements towards a better gaming experience.
We would like to ask your understanding that sometimes we are not able to apply a series of KR balance patch all in one patch update due to the game structure. We will try to adjust updates that we will apply in the future.

Will we have any collab event in the future like the Hatsune Miku one?
Answer
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to provide collaborations contents outside countries included in the agreement.
We hope to provide a new collaboration for all Agents worldwide. We will work hard to grab those chances!

Please look forward to another Character Jump Event around the 2nd half of 2021!
Also, we will gradually bring great events from the KR server, and of course, independent events designed for the World server including those that we have launched until now.

About the gap of SP between Rattus and Other Teams, will Naddic adjust the amount of SP book to make it fair for other teams (Black Lambs, Wolfdog, and Wildhuter) Thank you.

We can’t directly confirm if we will be adjusting the amount of SP books since there are other ways to obtain skill points. However, our team will look for ways to balance the SP between the teams in Closers.
▶Topic: Skill Localization + Similar to KR Localization

Is there any plans for the localized terminology such as Seulbi (sylvi) and Magical (psi), etc
Will J skills name stay as they’re currently or will they be changed to their KR names? Hundred Fists -> Omega 3 Rush

We have found that there are some old skill localization errors and we have fixed it during the scheduled maintenance. We aim for a good quality localization, and we continue to look for those errors to correct them.
This is not limited to localization issues but also with other bugs that you have encounter in-game. The bug reports that we receive from Agents have helped us a lot to speed up the process to fix bugs and reducing these kinds of issues. We highly appreciate it if we could ask a bit of your time to report the bugs that you have encountered to our Customer Support (email: support@closersonline.com).
Also, we have received several requests to change some localized words to make them similar to the original names in the KR server, especially Sylvi. We ask for your patience as we will have further discussions about this and if there will be any updates, we will make a separate announcement.

Is it possible to add a community page within the main website where players can put up questions, suggestions, guides, free board posts as well as art page?
Do you plan to have an official forums where players could post guides, discussions, and post suggestions and could receive a feedback?

We understand the importance of the forum feature to the World server community. We would like you to know that we have been preparing it, however, we are not certain when we will be able to launch it.
Rest assured that we will make an announcement once we have any updates about this feature.

Can the cash shop price be adjusted to fit the global culture and cater to larger audiences?
Can the prices of N-Coin and events be revised to be friendlier to the majority, instead of just the heavy spenders?

Answer
For the accumulative charge/washing machine purchase rewards, we ask for understanding that those are bonus items that provide additional value from your actual charges/purchase. However, we will consider adding various charge milestones and provide more reasonable bonus rewards to have a more satisfactory experience.
We will also try to design more affordable packages and sales for small spenders. We seek your understanding that it’s hard for us to lower the default pricing of the products because it can harm the market value of items. We were able to maintain the market value of items for years and not only with the shop pricing but also with the content/event rewards. In the past update, we have considered the requests from Agents who are not using USD. To make some adjustments due to concerns about the expensive exchange rate, we have changed the default pricing of the Washing Machine from 100 to 90.
We will keep on reviewing your suggestions about the shop costs and try to provide products that fit the value of your purchases.

▶Topic: Private Black Market

We have received many requests on adding the private Black Market feature that has been introduced in KR and CHN servers. At this point, no other servers have this feature due to concerns about game abuse that can occur due to the ability of players creating fake accounts.
In the World server, we cannot receive your personal information due to legal restrictions, therefore it is not possible to have a similar account creation procedure where mobile number authentication is required. For this reason, it made us difficult to introduce this feature to our server.
However, we understand your difficulties in trading without the private Black Market feature. We have been finding other ways to apply restrictions that avoids game abuse activity but still be able to enjoy this kind of feature. We will inform you within a separate announcement when we have finalized our direction.
▶Topic: Training Room
Questions
Is that possible that this game will have a training room?
Can we get a training dummy or testing room. It could be nice to test either for PvE damage on certain entities or even just to sandbag test damage outputs.
Possible training room to test out damage, and to practice rotations against certain bosses.

We are glad to announce that we have the actual plan for the Training Room content in the future, however, we are unable to provide the exact update schedule for it. We kindly ask for your patience regarding this.
▶Topic: Contribution Shop/UMP Shop

Please consider adding Elite Status, Enhancement Buff Voucher and +14 Gear Booster to the Contribution Shop.
Can the price for normal phase wings in the contribution shop be decreased from 90,000 to a more reasonable and obtainable number, such as 30,000 or 40,000?
Would it be possible to add transparent costume pieces to the contribution shop to make them more accessible to f2p players?

We will review and analyze the usage data of the Contribution and UMP shop first, then we will see if we could consider renewal and improvements on these features.
▶Topic: Craft Discount for Alts

Alts any plans to make alts gearing be a bit less of a chore.
Bring the discount craft system like others have stated, the current endgame areas (Busan and Asmo) are very expensive materials wise which turns people off from gearing alts in those areas.

We will support alts character gear farming with more events that could help them obtain gears easier than before. In this way we can gradually make it as a replacement for the craft discount system.
▶Topic: Revamp on New Player Game Experience + Old Character Gameplay

Will there be a revamp of the new player experience?
Answer
We will be introducing a support system for New/Returning players in the future update. For a meantime, we will renew the current New/Returning system’s events to support that could encourage them to keep enjoying Closers with you.
As for the basic level design, especially for the old characters, we have gradually and keep on renewing the leveling of old teams since the past patch updates. There will be more revamps on old contents that are scheduled to be applied in the World server.
We apologize that old characters and content went outdated after we have introduced the new patch. We will keep on re-organizing the old characters/contents to provide a more fun and worthy gameplay experience.
▶Topic: Incentives for Helping Other Players

A special buff will be provided as a benefit reward for New/Returned players and for those who are helping them. To activate it to all members, the New/Returned player and the user who helps them should be together in a squad.

Is there a plan to revamp the Crew UI and system?

We have a development plan for the Crew Renewal system. However, since we recently focused on developments for new contents, it caused delays to finalize this feature. We truly wanted to improve the Crew content experience of our players, and this is one of our long-term missions. We kindly ask for your patience as it may take us for a while to fully apply this to Closers World server.

Any plans to have a better queue or party forming system?
For some raid room settings, what if we could make it so that we can set x tcp to join

We are currently developing an improved system for Squad matching such that players will be able to set the requirements/restrictions. Please keep an eye out for updates on our website and social media pages.
▶Topic: Reduce Loading Time
Questions
Will the number of waiting for “Loading Screens” to load be decreased?
Answer
We have greatly improved the client loading speed during updates in the past couple of years. Internal research for further improvements is still on-going and it will be applied to the server gradually.
Regarding the suggestions on allowing entrance to other dungeons inside the dungeon, this kind of system is complicated to be added, but we will find other ways to reduce inconvenience due to loading.
▶Topic: Game Launcher without Web + Changing Default Browser of the Game Launcher

Can you guys at least make the game default browser to something else other than I.E? And make a stand alone client pls.

I’m afraid to say this but currently it is difficult for us to provide an independent launcher that is not going through the website. We seek your understanding regarding this.
For the default web browser, since I.E. is outdated we are trying to change it to the default web browser that is set from your PC. We will do our best to fix it during the scheduled updates, any news about this will be announced through website notice.
▶Topic: Return AOS

(AOS) Please consider bringing back AOS
Answer
Unfortunately, there’s no plan to bring AOS back to the server as official content. There have not been many players who enjoyed this content when we launched it. We truly apologize if we are unable to provide a satisfactory answer regarding this. We will put our best efforts to develop contents that are better than the AOS mode.
▶Topic: Gear Drop Rate

We have checked the actual drop log of EX gears and confirmed that they currently exist in the game.
But since the amount of it is lower than expected, we will have an X3 drop rate event for EX gears from August 18th to October 6th. Hopefully more Agents could get a chance to obtain EX gears during this event.

The default enhancement rate will be greatly increased with the upcoming September 8th update. It will be similar to the update that applied to KR server last July 29th. Further information about the changes that we have made will be posted in a separate announcement post.

We are working on how we can apply UI updates to the whole system without issues. We are unable to provide an exact schedule, but it is planned to be applied to the server.

Raid time for Beelzebub and Asmodeus will be changed to 4:10 AM – 2:00 AM, UTC (total 21 hours and 50 mins) with the August 18th update considering worldwide time zone.

We understand that gameplay difficulty level is important for online games, especially for RPGs like Closers online.
As we aim for this, we would like to announce that Mock Battles will be introduced to Closers World server soon. This is a chance to prove your character’s strength and your abilities. Also, the latest raid content that was updated in KR server provides a challenge mode requiring huge TCP and sophisticated control techniques to clear the stage.
Please look forward to the content Roadmap that will be announced soon for more information about the actual update schedule for these contents. We will keep working on creating challenging but worthwhile contents.

Patcher update failed. Maintenance error. These two are common issues I see occurring with new users.

If you run into patch errors, kindly provide us with details of the error that you have encountered and your current log file (CLOSERS Game Folder > Log).
We need to check the logs to find what caused it to occur. Please note that the cause of the error varies case by a case basis.
