Hello Agents,
It has come to our attention some issues related to the dungeons. Please read the following topics below for details:
Disconnection after using Ultimate Skill
We’ve received reports that after using a character’s Ultimate skill, players are being kicked out of the game (with the message “Connection to game server lost.”).
At this time, we have observed that this occurs intermittently. As we do our investigation, any information you can provide, specifically the log files, will be greatly appreciated.
Please provide the following information if you have recently experienced a connection loss while using the ultimate ability:

Invisible Astaroth Bug
It has been reported that Astaroth is not spawning or is invisible by the time it should appear to have been defeated. Also, we have observed that it doesn’t occur everytime. We continue to investigate this situation and appreciate your patience.
Meanwhile, please provide the following information if you have found that Astaroth is currently not spawning or is invisible during your dungeon run:
