Thailand Server Merge GuidelineDear Closers Agents from Thailand,Finally! Migration to the world server has been completed.There are some things you need to do in order to log in. Please read through our guidelines below:I. Delete the Original Thailand Server Client (Required)In order to log in to the world server, you must completely delete the Closers Thailand game client from your PC.How to delete the Thailand Server Game Launcher?You can delete the Original Thailand Closers client after entering the ‘Settings’ menu on your computer and selecting an app.You may visit this link for the steps:<a href="https://closersth.naddic.com/updates/-world-server-279">ขอต้อนรับสู่ World Server</a>II. Change Password (Required)You must change your password before downloading the World Server Client.You will not be able to download the World Server’s full client and won’t be able to log-in from the website unless you change your password.Change Password Steps1. Thailand Server Merge Guideline

Hello Agents, &nbsp; This is to inform everyone about the recent update that we applied to the log-in system. Previously, if a user is receiving a “Login failed” error, the possible reason is that the game is under maintenance or the account’s log-in token has been expired. &nbsp; Please know that there is a log-in duration in the game website known as “Token”. The token expires after 3 hours starting from the time that you logged-in your account to the web. This doesn’t mean that you will get disconnected every 3 hours from the game, but, it is only an account log-in update on the website if you are trying to log-in again. &nbsp; During the recent patch update last February 17th, we applied some adjustments with the web log-in. Instead of receiving the notice after the game has been loaded, the notice will appear right before you click on the “Play” button from the launcher. This will notify you early to re-login from the website to refresh your log-in token. &nbsp; This is also the solution whenever you receive “The token was already expired or invalid token, try again,” notice. &nbsp; Thank you for your attention and understanding. &nbsp; If you have any concerns or bug reports, you may send us an inquiry or an email to: support@closersonline.com.
