Missing Forum Photos

• Some uploaded photos in the Forums have gone missing after the recent website update. Our team is actively investigating this and will do our best to recover them soon.

Incorrect Tooltip on [April Fool] Dyeing Ampoule Lucky Pouch

• The tooltip is missing information about the Guaranteed Dyeing Ampoule. You can acquire 2~20 of Dyeing Ampoule or 1 Guaranteed Dyeing Ampoule.

Payment Issue on Steam Platform

• We have identified an issue where N-coin charge on the Steam platform is currently not functional. Our team is investigating the cause and working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Email-Related Functions Not Working at the Website

• Functions that require email sending, such as Create Account and Find Password, are not working correctly. We are aware of the issue and working to restore these functions.

Additionally, a compensation package will be offered during the next scheduled server maintenance for the extended maintenance that occurred on March 19th.
