Hello Agents,

We would like to inform you that upon thorough investigation, a player who has recently brought about some issues, will be imposed a 30-day game ban for abnormal program usage and suspicious gameplay. 

This comes after a series of offenses committed, including but not limited to the following: 

• Promoting and boasting to the community on the usage of macro-botting and programming 
• Repeated use of botting after first offense on June 27, 2023 UTC
• Multi-account sharing exploitations leading to second offense on July 14, 2023 UTC

As such, the player, who currently ranks first in the Fireworks Festival Ranking Rewards, will not be given the first-place reward and the following five ranked players will be awarded accordingly.

We strongly inform players that even with circumstantial evidence, any use of macro-botting, hacking, and unauthorized third-party programs, resulting in abnormal gameplay, is strictly prohibited and banned in Closers World.

We have also received feedback within the community and have decided to reinforce the internal policy, especially for Unauthorized Third-Party Programs usage. 

From hereon, any accounts found to conduct Unauthorized Third-Party programs for game-enhancing purposes, will be handled as such:

• 7-day Game Ban for 1st offense
• 30-day Game Ban for 2nd offense
• Permanent Game Ban for 3rd offense

Further, any exploitation that causes abnormal gameplay or functions to manipulate the game will be imposed an immediate permanent game ban.
