During the maintenance, we have applied an update with the banned words filter in-game. You may proceed to update your Closers name or Character name if you have received a pop-up notice in-game.

However, if you feel that your Closers/Character name does not contain a severe bad word, you can choose a temporary name at this time, and on May 20th May 7th (UTC), we will be providing a Closer Name Tag and Union Name Tag to all users if you wish to use the character name again.

Also, please know that we will be having hotfix maintenance to return the previous word filter. For those who haven’t changed their name yet, you can keep your name when you log in after the hotfix maintenance ends.

Below is the schedule by time zone:

• May 7, 2021, at 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM UTC
• May 6, 2021 at 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM PDT
• May 7, 2021 at 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM GMT +7

• As of May 7, 2021, 1:30 AM UTC, we would like to give you an update that we will be providing the Closers Name Tag and UNION Name Tag during the hotfix maintenance on May 7, 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM UTC. You will be receiving these items on your first log-in to the game and you can only receive them once per account until May 20th.
