Known Issue Notice – OCT 27th

Hello Agents,

We would like to inform you of a known issue that was found after the most recent patch, and that we will be conducting temporary maintenance according to the following time zone schedule:

Schedule by time zone

  • October 27 at 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM UTC
  • October 26 at 11:00 PM to October 27 at 12:00 AM PDT
  • October 27 at 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM GMT+7

During this maintenance, a known bug discovered in the most recent patch release will be resolved.

  • Sign of Growth Talisman Box
     

We found that the Sign of Growth Talisman Box was unintentionally set to account basis per class. We will make this a “once per character” fix, so each of your characters can get one Talisman, even if they have the same class type.

For example, if you already had a Eunha character and got a Talisman from it, and then later made another Eunha character, that new one should also have its own Talisman.

  • After this temporary maintenance, the player’s current event and talisman items will be removed, and a new talisman with the corrected functionality will be provided.

Additional Known Issue

  • Missing NPC Monster/Unable to proceed completing dungeon due to missing NPC Monster
    • There are certain players who deal an excessive amount of damage to the dungeon monsters, which prevents them from completing the dungeon objective. This is a known bug, but it only happens very infrequently when players swiftly kill monsters. In order to avoid this problem, it is generally advised that you restrain from dealing the monster too much damage all at once when it is very close to being defeated.
