Known Issue Notice – DEC 21st

Hello Agents, &nbsp;We are pleased to inform everyone that after the January 11, 2023 update, there will be renewals in the game.Please keep the following information in mind:<ul><li>Advance Notice: Inability to craft and use Transcendence Stone Item after the Transcendence System Renewal <ul><li>The Gear Transcendence System will be renamed ‘Upgrade System‘ following the January 11, 2023 update.</li><li>Original Transcendence Stone Item will be unavailable to craft or use after the Upgrade System update.</li><li>All Transcendence Stone and Condensed Transcendence Stone Items from the Craft Machine NPC Craft List would be removed.</li><li>Unused Transcendence Stone can be converted into an Extract Box from the craft machine using the existing method or directly into Craft Material Item by right-clicking on the Transcendence Stone Status.</li><li>Including the [ Condensed Transcendence Stone Extract Box ] item, which will be&nbsp;added as a new craft recipe on January 11, 2023, all Transcendence Stone Extract Boxes will maintain the craft recipe for one year, starting on January 11, 2023. And then, all Transcendence Stone extract Box Craft recipes’ including [ Condensed Transcendence Stone Extract Box ] item will be removed, during the first game update in January 2024.</li></ul></li></ul><figure class="table"><table><tbody><tr><td style="background-color:rgb(242, 242, 242);">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Notes<ul><li>When a “Condensed Transcendence Stone” is refunded, “Transcendence Stone” will be provided as the quantity will be based on the “Condensed Transcendence Stone Craft Required”.</li><li>The required amount of materials for Transcendence Stone Craft will be refunded by right-clicking ‘Transcendence Stone’.</li><li>If you used ‘Transcendental Elixir’ to create Condensed Transcendence Stone, you can get a restoration by contacting Naddic Customer Support within 7 days of the craft day.</li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table></figure>Further details will be discussed in a separate notice which will be announced along with the update.<ul><li>Babel Program First Reward Reset and Reward Renewal <ul><li>After the maintenance on January 11, 2023 UTC, the receipt status of ‘the first reward’ that can be claimed when first clearing a floor will be reset, and reward items will be renewed.</li><li>As the Reward receipt status will be reset and rewards will be changed after the January 11, 2023 maintenance, please make sure to check for any unclaimed rewards and receive them all.</li></ul></li><li>Investigation Group Weekly Reward Claim Count and Reward Improvement <ul><li>After the January 11, 2023 maintenance, the Investigation Group Entrance Day will be removed, allowing players to enter every day.</li><li>[Legion Commander Confrontation : Machine King Belphegor] Investigation Group’s Weekly Reward claim count is 3, and rank rewards will be improved a lot.</li><li>Please ensure that investigation group rewards are obtained prior to the January 11, 2023 maintenance.</li></ul></li></ul>Thank you for your understanding.If you have any concerns or bug reports, you may send us an inquiry or an email to: <a href="mailto:support@closersonline.com">support@closersonline.com</a>
