Hello Agents,
To continue providing a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for all, we will soon begin a system update to manage long-inactive accounts.
As part of this update, unused N-Coins from inactive accounts will be removed.
As stated in our Terms of Service under Paid Services, in-game currencies that remain unused for extended periods may be subject to removal.
▶ Scheduled Removal Date:
July 23, 2025 at 5:00 AM UTC
- If your account has been inactive or not logged into since July 23, 2024 (1 full year), your remaining N-coin balance will be subject to removal on the above date.
▶ What You Can Do:
To retain your N-coin balance, please log in to your Closers game account before July 23, 2025.
