Hello Agents,

It has come to our attention that there are players who experience crash issues when opening a chip slot on items.

We have investigated this further and we confirmed that the crash only happens when a user is trying to open a slot to items that are below level 83. Please note that you may only open chip slots to items above level 83 and if it’s below that level, a warning message should appear. However, since the warning message has a translation issue, this causes the launcher crash to happen.

This issue will be fixed in our next patch update. While this issue still exists, please avoid opening any chip sockets to any items below level 83 to avoid experiencing this issue.
