Beta read by someone.&nbsp;J, or rather, Knight, has seen and fought various things in his life, starting from his first mission as a Closer to the last days of the first dimensional war to right now. However, what was in front of him could be the most shocking thing he has ever seen in his entire life, even in his years as a Closer.&nbsp;"You want me…to train you?" he asked in disbelief.&nbsp;"Yes." Seha replied.&nbsp;For a moment, J could not help but wonder if he was going to cough out blood again, but that feeling did not come out. Instead, the feeling of shock just remained in his body, not being able to come up with a response. However, he shook himself and refocused. "Sorry, I was just surprised at your request."&nbsp;Seha could not help but let out a sigh with a chuckle. "To be honest, I wasn't expecting to make a request like this either."&nbsp;J then sighed as well. "So, what's the reason?"&nbsp;"Well…I just want to get stronger…" Seha said as his mind began to go back a few days ago…&nbsp;(A few days ago…)&nbsp;"Phew. That should be the last of them..." Seha thought to himself as he took down a dimensional monster. He turned to see Mirae, who just killed one as well. &nbsp;"Mirae, how are things on your end?"&nbsp;"I'm done with everything on my end." Mirae replied.&nbsp;"Good. Now then-" Seha was then cut off as he felt all of his strength leaving him, making him fall to the ground.&nbsp;Immediately, Mirae ran towards Seha and caught him before he could fall to the ground. "Seha! Are you alright?"&nbsp;"Yeah. I think I'm just really tired…and for some odd reason, I can't even move…"&nbsp;"Do you need some help? I can carry you home."&nbsp;At that moment, Seha could not help but feel a massive blush going through his face. "I-It's fine! I can manage this! I just need to rest for a bit!"&nbsp;However, Mirae was not buying Seha's words. "Are you sure? You looked more exhausted than me."&nbsp;"It's okay!" However, as if fate decided to answer otherwise, Seha's hands decided to give up and he accidentally dropped his gunblade. "Eh? I can't lift my weapon?!"&nbsp;Seeing that action, Mirae could not help but let out a sigh after seeing how stubborn Seha got. She then picked up his gunblade and placed it on her back. Then, to Seha's surprise, she suddenly swooped him from his legs and began to carry him bridal style. At that moment, Seha was completely speechless and embarrassed that not only Mirae was carrying him bridal-style, but she did it so easily, with both weapons as well.&nbsp;"M-Mirae?"&nbsp;Mirae turned to Seha with a pout. "Seha, you're tired and you can't even move. So I'm going to carry you all of the way home, and you can't refuse. Got it?" she asked/demanded.&nbsp;Seha could not help but gulp at Mirae's words. "Y-Yes."&nbsp;"Good. Now then, let's go."&nbsp;Mirae then carried Seha all the way back to his home…and on that day, he lost all of his pride and dignity as a man.&nbsp;It also did not help that some people saw the act too…&nbsp;(Back to the present…)&nbsp;"Even now, I can't believe Mirae bridal carried me all the way back to my house…that felt really embarrassing! It felt like I was a child again…" he thought with a small blush before getting back at the conversation. "So…please."&nbsp;For a moment, J was silent before answering Seha's question. "Alright…but I'll warn you though, it's not easy. Trust me."&nbsp;Seha nodded. "Well, let's hope it's something I can get used to…"-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------As it turns out, it was a lot harder than Seha thought.&nbsp;"Hah…hah…hah!" Seha huffed as he was gasping for air. "Wow, I never knew I was this out of shape! And I've been going out on missions! Have I been staying at home for far too long?!"&nbsp;"Hey! Don't dwindle around! Keep running!" J yelled from behind.&nbsp;"Y-Yes!" Seha continued to run.&nbsp;Meanwhile, Yuri, Sylvi, and Misteltein could not help but look at the scene in both shock and curiosity. "Um…Sylvi, am I seeing what I am seeing? Or is this some sort of hallucination?"&nbsp;"No, you're not hallucinating either. I'm seeing this too." Sylvi replied as she pinched her cheek just to make sure what she was seeing was real. "Seha…is actually training with J."&nbsp;"Um…is there something wrong with that?" Misteltein asked with curiosity.&nbsp;"No. It's just that in our entire lives as Closers and possibly even before that, we have never seen Seha do exercise like this." Yuri said in disbelief. "In fact, this is probably the first time I've ever seen him run like this off-duty…"&nbsp;"Yeah. Normally, he would spend his day-offs playing video games in his room, so seeing him like this is a surprise to both of us." Sylvi commented.&nbsp;“I see…how long has he been running?”&nbsp;Yuri let out a sigh. "Believe it or not, he's been running for 10 kilometers."&nbsp;At that moment, Misteltein could not handle his shock. "EHHHHHHHHHHHH?!"&nbsp;Back with Seha, he was almost running out of breath after what seemed to be a hellish eternity of running for him. Every part of his body was screaming out of exhaustion as he was kneeling down on the ground. "Wow! Never thought I would have to run that much! It's like gym class all over again, but worse!"&nbsp;"Alright! Next up is 100 push ups! Now get to it!" J yelled.&nbsp;"Y-Yes!" he said as he got up before getting into a push-up position.&nbsp;Back with Yuri and the others, they could not help but worry a bit about Seha, who was going through J's hellish training regime. However, one question remained on their minds.&nbsp;“Why did Seha ask to do this?”-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------For the next few days, Seha would spend his free time training his body under J's supervision…and it was hell for him.&nbsp;Why? The training list J gave him was completely brutal.&nbsp;Which consisted of 100 sets of push-ups, 100 sets of sit-ups, 100 sets of squats, and 10 km of running…and he has to do that every day.&nbsp;While he sort-of got used to the list itself, he was still struggling due to the lack of physical activity he ever did in his past, despite being a Closer. Not only that, but every time he was done with the regime, every part of his body was screaming out in pain and exhaustion. In fact, on the first day of said regime, he felt like he was going to die from overexertion.&nbsp;Despite that though, he still persevered, in addition to his Closer duties and school life. And then, his physical traits did grow slightly.&nbsp;"Phew! I'm done with today's training!" he thought to himself as he grabbed a nearby towel. "Man, my body has never felt this tired before…but compared to before, it's not as bad."&nbsp;"Seha, are you okay?" Mirae asked worryingly. "You're not going to fall down again like before, are you?"&nbsp;"Hm? Yeah, I'm fine. I'm just a bit exhausted from training today." he said as he stretched. "Hard to believe that I'm able to handle J's training course now…" It was then his phone started to ring, and quickly picked it up, seeing that the call was from Yuri. "Yuri?"&nbsp;"Seha! Emergency mission! A bunch of dimensional monsters suddenly appeared! Right in Gangnam Square!"&nbsp;Immediately, that alarmed Seha. "I'll be on my way!" he said as he quickly got off the couch.&nbsp;"Did something happen?"&nbsp;"Yeah. Yuri told me a bunch of dimensional monsters suddenly appeared in Gangnam square." Seha said as he put on his uniform. "I'm heading towards the scene right now."&nbsp;"I'll come too. For some odd reason, I feel like there's something big coming soon…"&nbsp;With time being of the essence, Seha didn't argue and let Mirae join him…&nbsp;(Later…)&nbsp;"Yah!" Seha yelled as he took down a dimensional monster, stabbing it in the head with his gunblade. "Jeez, there's no end to them! It's like they keep swarming out of nowhere! Mirae was right coming along!" he thought before turning to Mirae, who happened to be taking down a group of dimensional monsters. However, that attention was quickly shut off as another dimensional monster tried to attack Seha, but was quickly shot down by a blue fireball. "Tch, they keep coming!"&nbsp;Meanwhile, Mirae was struggling with her own group of dimensional monsters. While she was able to kill them easily, the problem was that they kept coming like a horde. "There's so many of them…" she thought to herself before taking down another one. "Even though I'm helping Seha, they keep coming…I'm not sure if I can keep this up…"&nbsp;It was then a certain Closer suddenly came in and took out a large chunk of dimensional monsters. "Yahoo! Need some help?" Yuri said with a cheerful grin.Seha let out a sigh of relief. "Thanks Yuri! We definitely need some help here! These guys keep coming!"&nbsp;"Got it!" With great speed, Yuri dashed towards a bunch of dimensional monsters and took them down with a few, but lethal swings, cutting them with precise accuracy. Shortly afterwards, she began to shoot down some of them with her handgun before finishing them off.&nbsp;And some of those dimensional monsters were on Mirae's side. "Thanks, Yuri." Mirae said.&nbsp;"No problem, Mirae! Now then, let's finish them off!"&nbsp;Soon, the three began the clean up of the dimensional monsters. While they were doing that, Yuri could not help but notice that Seha was taking care of them much more easily than before. "Wow, J's workout course seems to be quite effective. Seha's clearing them out faster than before…" she thought.&nbsp;Eventually, the three of them got rid of their groups. "Phew, that should be it." he said to himself before turning to Mirae. "Mirae, how are things on your end?"&nbsp;"I'm fine, Seha. How about you?"&nbsp;"Same as you." Seha then turned to Yuri. "How about you?"&nbsp;"I'm perfectly fine!" Yuri said. "Honestly, I'm impressed with you, Seha! Your body physique must have improved thanks to J's training! Not to mention that you managed to even complete it!"&nbsp;Seha let out a sigh. "Tell me about it. The first time I saw that list, I thought I was going to have a heart attack!"&nbsp;"Um…Seha, what do you mean by that?" Mirae asked, wanting to know what he has been doing.&nbsp;"Well-"&nbsp;It was then a giant portal appeared right in front of them. Immediately, a giant dimensional monster appeared out of it. "Damn it! A Phantom Engine! This is going to be troublesome!" Yuri yelled as she brandished her katana. "Seha! Mirae! Looks like we'll be here for a while!"&nbsp;Immediately, the Phantom Engine started to spam fireballs, firing them around the area, forcing them to dodge. "Seha, what is that dimensional monster?" Mirae asked.&nbsp;"A Phantom Engine. I guess this is your first time seeing one up close. These things are a problem to deal with!" Seha replied before he dodged another fireball before shooting one at the dimensional monster. "These things start firing indiscriminately in random directions, so be careful!"&nbsp;Mirae nodded before the dimensional monster shot a bunch of fireballs at them, separating the two. Immediately, Mirae ran towards the Phantom Engine and swung her requiem at it. To her surprise however, it quickly dodged it. "For something this big, it's fast at dodging!"&nbsp;"Mirae! Move!" Seha yelled.&nbsp;Upon hearing Seha's voice, Mirae quickly moved to the side before Seha jumped and swung at it with his gunblade. The Phantom Engine attempted to guard the swing with one of its arms, but its guard was a bit late as his gunblade severed through its arm.&nbsp;As Seha quickly moved out of the way, he could not help but be amazed at his improved arm strength. "Wow. I'm able to do this…" he thought. However, his thinking was cut short as the Phantom Engine used its other arm and swung at Seha. However, Seha saw that coming and guarded with his gunblade.&nbsp;It was then Yuri shot at the phantom engine's eyes with her handgun, blinding it. "Seha! Mirae! Now's your chance!"&nbsp;Both Seha and Mirae nodded in reply and they rushed towards the dimensional monster. Immediately, the two swung their weapons at the dimensional monster, cutting it down with ease. Then, Seha turned around and used his gunblade to start firing off a bunch of blue fireballs at it, forcing it to take great damage. Immediately, the dimensional monster fell down to the ground lifelessly. "Alright. That should be it."&nbsp;However, something unexpected happened. The Phantom Engine began to light up brightly, and Seha immediately knew what was going to happen next. "Mirae!" he yelled as he suddenly hugged Mirae before turning his back towards the dimensional monster and sprinting her away from the explosion.&nbsp;Then, the Phantom Engine blew up, creating a massive explosion. Luckily, Seha and Mirae were away from the explosion, but Seha still felt the shockwave. "That phantom engine exploded…normally they don't do that. And that explosion was a bit too huge, even if it was a high-ranked dimensional monster…" he thought as he was breathing heavily before turning to Mirae. "Mirae…are you alright…?"&nbsp;For a moment, Mirae was stunned before she slowly nodded in reply. "Y-Yes…Seha, what about you? Are you okay?"&nbsp;"Yeah. I should be fine." Seha said with some breathing…before to his surprise, slowly losing consciousness. "On second thought…maybe not…" he muttered. "Even after all of that, I'm still this exhausted…"&nbsp;And then, he fell on Mirae.&nbsp;"Seha!" Mirae yelled.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------"Mmmgh…mmmgh…" Seha moaned as he was slowly waking up. "This is…"&nbsp;"You're awake, Seha?" Mirae asked.&nbsp;Upon hearing Mirae's voice, Seha slowly began to realize that he was right back in his living room…with his head on Mirae's lap on the couch. "Mirae?"&nbsp;Mirae let out a sigh of relief as she was playing with his hair, comforting him. "That's good. I thought something bad happened to you when you passed out again…" she said.&nbsp;"...Did you carry me here?" Seha asked, in which Mirae nodded in reply with a sound of confirmation. Immediately, Seha slightly blushed, knowing that Mirae did it again, and he brought it upon himself. "I'm sorry for forcing you to carry me again."&nbsp;"Why are you apologizing? I was just worried about you, especially after hearing what you have been doing for the past few days."&nbsp;At that moment, Seha could not help but let out a sigh. "Did Yuri tell you?"&nbsp;"Yes, including what training you have been doing." Mirae said. For a short moment, nothing was said between the two as they just stayed on the sofa, basking in their moment together. Then, Mirae continued the conversation. "Seha, is there a reason why you overworked yourself with that workout routine?"&nbsp;"Well yes…but…I'm a little ashamed of the reason."&nbsp;"Why?"&nbsp;"Well…it's because I'm embarrassed of myself."&nbsp;Mirae was confused by Seha's words. "Embarrassed of yourself? What does that mean?"&nbsp;The blush on Seha's face grew further before he cleared his throat. "I don't want to hurt you…but that day when you carried me home…for some odd reason, I felt ashamed of myself. It felt like…I was a kid again…so I asked J to help get me stronger…" he slowly said.&nbsp;"...Do you not like it?"&nbsp;Immediately, Seha answered. "N-No! That's not what I meant! It's just that…I feel like I lost my pride as a man…." he said with shame. For a moment, Mirae did not say anything, making Seha feel guilty that he may have hurt Mirae's feelings. "Are you mad?"&nbsp;However, Mirae gave him a different reaction from what he expected. "Does it really matter?" she asked as she continued rubbing his hair.&nbsp;This time, it was Seha's turn to be confused. "What do you mean?"&nbsp;"I mean, does it really matter if I'm mad at you right now? Right now, what's on my mind is making sure that you and everyone else stay safe, and that's all I care about."&nbsp;"Mirae…"&nbsp;"Seha, I may not know about a man's pride, but I do know one simple thing. It isn't wrong to ask for help when you can't move. After all, isn't that what a team is about? We're supposed to support each other, remember?
