- Can get special buff by ‘Buff - Moon NPC’ at Event Town during the event period
- Can upgrade buff by proceeding Event Quest
- Moonlight Event Special Buff 4 kinds share the restriction number (twice a day per account)
- It doesn't automatically change into an upper buff according to the quest proceeding, but the upper buff will be applied once you renew the buff within a 1-day restriction.
