Seha let out a small sigh as he was sitting on the couch, relaxing after a whole day of his Closer duties. "Man, today was tiring as usual. It's a good thing that tomorrow is my day off. I could use one right now…" It was then he felt someone sit next to him, and that someone is Mirae who looked a little exhausted. "You look tired too, huh?"

"Yes. It's a good thing that I was able to get a day off tomorrow thanks to Soohyun." Mirae replied as she got closer to Seha. She then grabbed the remote and turned on the tv in front of them.

"Come and explore New Seoul Land! A land filled with many dreams and wonders you will never see in your lifetime! And just for this week, we're having a promotion of 50% off on tickets!"

As the commercial continued on, Mirae got interested in the place. "New Seoul Land…what is that place?" she asked.

"Oh. That place is an amusement park."

"An amusement park…is it like the water park we went to before?"

"Well…kind of. It's more of an outdoor park, and there's a lot more stuff to do over there than in a water park."

"I see."

For a moment, the two did not say anything until a question appeared in Seha's mind. "You want to go there?"

"If that's okay with you, sure."

Seha nodded in reply. "Tomorrow sounds okay for you?"

"Yes."

(The next day…)

Seha was getting himself ready as he was putting on his shoes. "New Seoul Land…it's been a long time since I've been there. I hope Mirae likes the place…"

It was then he heard footsteps coming down, revealing Mirae who was wearing a white sundress. For a moment, Seha was completely stunned at the sight of Mirae in front of him. The way the sundress fitted over her body perfectly, how the color matched her hair and went well with her eyes, everything about Mirae's clothes were perfect.

It was not until Mirae's words brought him back. "Seha? Are you alright?"

"Y-Yeah. I'm fine." he replied. "Oh my god, Mirae looked cute in that dress…" he thought before he opened the door. "Well then…let's go."

Mirae nodded and the two began to head out…

"Man, that was one long bus ride…" Seha thought as he was stretching his arms and legs. As he was stretching, he noticed Mirae, who was looking at the entrance of the amusement park with wonder in her eyes. "Looks like Mirae looks excited coming here. Then again, this is her first time coming here…"

Meanwhile, Mirae was in awe at how the amusement park looked in front of her. "So this is what New Seoul Park looks like…it's pretty. And there's so many people here…"

"Mirae. Let's go, we need to get the tickets to get inside." Seha said as he went towards the ticket booth.

"Ah. Right." she said as she began to follow Seha.

Soon, the couple arrived at the ticket booth. "Ah, good morning you two. I take it that both of you are here under our special promotion today?" the person behind the counter asked.

"Yes." Seha replied.

"I see. For you and the young lady here…the total should be about 40,000 won."

Seha then proceeded to give the person the exact amount. Then the person took the money and proceeded to cut out the tickets before handing them out to them. "Here you two go. Have a nice day." she greeted.

"Yes. Thank you." Seha said.

"Thank you." Mirae said.

Soon, the couple left the booth and headed towards the entrance of the park. After scanning the tickets, the two were inside the park. Immediately, Mirae was in awe at seeing the inside of the park behind the entrance, overwhelming all of the previous awe from before. Everywhere, she was seeing various buildings of different colors with different shapes she had never seen before; some looked cartoon-like while others looked realistic. In addition to that, she was also experiencing various smells that were captivating to her.

For a moment, Mirae could not help but bask in the new experience she was feeling right now. To her, it felt like she was in another world of her own, and she would have been lost in looking at the scenery if it was not for someone tapping on her shoulder.

"Mirae…are you alright? You've been standing here for a while." Seha said.

"Oh. Sorry, I was just…admiring how beautiful it looks on the inside."

Seha let out a chuckle. "I can't blame you. My reaction was like that too when I was here for the first time with my mom." he said as he looked at a map of the park. "So, where do you want to go first?"

Mirae began to look at the map. As she did, she saw various rides and attractions that interested her, and there were so many of them. "Wow. There's so many attractions to get into, and I can't decide which one to go on…" she thought to herself. However, it was then she saw something that interested her. "Hm? That is…"

"Found something that you want to ride on?"

"Yes. This." she said as she pointed on the map.

Seha then looked at what Mirae was pointing at, and was slightly surprised. "You want to go on the rollercoaster?" he asked, to which Mirae nodded in reply. “Alright. Let's go then.”

Soon, both Seha and Mirae arrived at the entrance of the rollercoaster, and after a few minutes of waiting in line, they were finally able to get into the carts. As they pulled the safety mechanisms on them, Seha turned to Mirae, who was looking at the track. "Nervous?"

"No. Rather…I'm more excited than before. I've never been on this before."

"I see…well, prepare for a really fast ride."

Immediately, the train of karts began to move up the hill slowly, increasing Mirae's anticipation of what was going to happen next. And then…they went downhill with great speed. Immediately, they went back up again before a harsh turn assaulted them which led to a series of loops and curves on the track.

As Mirae was going through a loop, she was feeling a sense of exhilaration she had never felt before, even as a Closer. The high speed she was experiencing, the harsh turns on the track, the loops, everything about it was a rush to her. "So this is what a rollercoaster feels like…it's amazing!"

Meanwhile, Seha had different feelings on the rollercoaster. "Whooaaaa! This speed is too fast! Even though I may be a Closer, I'll never get used to the speed and turns!"

Soon, the ride was over, and the two got out of the cart they were in. Mirae let out a hum as she was stretching her legs. "So that's a rollercoaster…that was quite fun." Mirae thought.

"Phew. That was a rush I hadn't felt for quite some time…but not bad compared to my missions…" Seha thought. "So, where do you want to go next?"

"Well, how about you choose this time?"

"Alright. Then…how about that?" he said as he pointed at an attraction.

Mirae then looked at what Seha was pointing at. "What is that? I see…people on cars…hitting each other?"

"Bumper cars. It's an attraction where people get into small karts and try to bump people in them."

For a short moment, Mirae was worried. "Is it safe?"

"Yeah. Trust me."

Mirae nodded and the two went towards the attraction. Like before, after a few minutes of waiting in line, they both got into carts of their choosing. "So…how does the ride work?" she asked.

"Well, it's quite simple. Just step on the pedal to go and use the wheel to turn around. And you should probably step on the pedal right about-"

And then, a ding was heard.

"Now."

Immediately, both Closers stepped on the pedal and began to drive throughout the arena. In Seha's case, he was driving around, hitting other bumper cars aside from Mirae's. Meanwhile, Mirae followed what Seha was doing. As she was hitting the cars while getting hit by other cars, it was then she felt an emotion she had never felt before.

Competitiveness, and it drew a fire inside of her.

Soon, she began driving competitively. However, while she was driving, it was then she witnessed Seha getting rammed by two other carts. For a short moment, a small surge of anger flared up inside of her. In an instant, she changed directions and drove into the cars that hit Seha earlier.

As Seha was getting rammed, he could not help but witness Mirae's face when she bumped into the other cars.

It was the face of someone that screamed, "Don't bully him! Or I'll beat you up!"

At that moment, Seha could not help but think he should be careful for the rest of the attraction's duration…

(Some time later…)

"So that is what a merry go round is like…it was so peaceful…" Mirae thought as she was walking with Seha, holding on to his hand. "So, where do you want to go next?"

"Well-" It was then both of them heard their stomachs growl, making them blush for a moment before looking at the time. "I guess it's time for lunch. Want to get something to eat?"

"Yes."

Soon, Seha and Mirae went towards a nearby restaurant. However, when they arrived inside the restaurant, a nearby waiter stopped for a moment and just stared at the two. For a moment, Mirae felt nervous and held onto Seha's hand tighter while Seha let out a sigh. "Yup, this was bound to happen…"

After the waiter got over the shock, he led them towards their table. As the two sat, Seha noticed that Mirae looked tired. "You seem a bit exhausted." Seha said.

Mirae nodded in reply with a hum. "This is the second time I've ever walked so much. Even though we had multiple stops due to the rides, my legs still feel sore..."

"Me too…" Seha then looked at the menu. "So, what do you want to eat?"

"Hm…I'll take the combo set A."

"Then I'll take the combo set B."

Soon, the two waited for a waiter to arrive and then they ordered their meals. Soon afterwards, the two began to wait. However, it was then they noticed something.

They were being watched. In addition to that, they also heard talk from other people.

"Say, aren't those two Closers?"

"You're right. If I remember correctly, that person over there is Seha Lee! Son of Jisu Seo!"

"You're kidding me! Then who's the other person over there?"

"I don't know. She does look pretty…"

Yeah…wait, don't tell me he's on a date with her?"

"Eh?! This sounds like a scoop!"

"I'm so jealous!"

Mirae looked at the people who were staring at them before turning to Seha. "Seha…we're being watched."

Seha let out a sigh. "Just ignore them, Mirae."

Soon, both of their meals arrived. As they did, Mirae could not help but notice how they were displayed, grabbing Seha's attention. "Is there something wrong?" Seha asked.

"No. It's just that…it looks pretty. I've never seen food presented like this before." she replied.

"I see. Anyways, let's eat before it gets cold."

Soon, Seha and Mirae began to eat their meals. As the two were eating, Mirae could not help but notice how the taste was. "Hm? What is this flavor? It's both sweet and spicy…but it tastes good."

Meanwhile, Seha could not help but let out a smile as he was witnessing Mirae enjoying her food. "Looks like Mirae loves the food here."

It was then Mirae asked Seha a question. "Seha, do you want to try some of my food?"

"Eh? Are you sure?" he asked, to which Mirae nodded in reply. "Well…sure. Give me a moment."

However, before Seha could do anything, Mirae used her utensils, picked up a portion of her meal, and presented it to him. "Here."

For a moment, Seha let out a blush in embarrassment. "Uh…Mirae, I can handle it myself." he said.

However, Mirae let out a pout. "Seha." she said.

Upon seeing Mirae's pout, Seha felt like he was struck in the heart before letting out a sigh of defeat. "That face Mirae just made…I'm not sure how much more my heart can take. It's too cute…" He then went closer towards the spoon and ate the food.

Upon seeing him doing it, Mirae let out a smile. "Well? How is it?"

Seha chewed his food before swallowing it. "It's good."

Mirae's smile then grew further. "I'm glad that you like it."

As the two continued to eat, they did not notice that the gazes around them intensified, and some of them were filled with jealousy...

"Man, I am stuffed…" Seha thought as he was walking with Mirae. "So, where do you want to go next?"

"Hm…how about this?" Mirae replied as she pointed at the map.

"Hm?" Seha then looked at what Mirae was pointing at. "Ah, you want to go on the log ride?" he asked, to which Mirae nodded. "Okay, but let me tell you though, it's going to get really wet, and we're going up and down at some points, like that rollercoaster from earlier."

Soon, both closers arrived at the log ride and waited for a bit before it was their turn to get on the ride. As they got into a log, Mirae suddenly felt herself wet as soon she sat down on her seat. "Wow. Seha was not kidding. The ride hasn't started yet, and I'm already wet…"

Soon, the log began to drift on the stream of water, and soon, the two entered into a cave. For a short moment, Mirae was a little nervous before she began to hear music. And then, the darkness of the cave was replaced with the various lights and movements of the animatronics, and it amazed her.

However, that moment was short lived as the log suddenly went downwards, making her scream. "Kyaaaa!" she wailed as he log was going down before landing with a splash, getting her wet again as water came over her.

"Mirae. Are you alright?" Seha said from behind.

"Y-Yes. It's just that I was not expecting that."

"I understand. This is your first time on this ride after all."

The log soon moved again, and like before, Mirae saw and heard various music and animatronics. Within each passing second, Mirae felt like she was in a fantasy story like the ones from the manhuas she read; not as a reader but as a character.

It was then Mirae felt the log was going upwards, and it kept going up for a while. For a moment, Mirae felt like the long climb was never going to end, and the anticipation was killing her on the inside.

And then the climbing stopped, to which Mirae saw the light of day…before the drop happened.

Instantly, Mirae screamed as she was feeling the air flowing through her as she was going down quickly before the log landed in the water with a splash bigger than the one before and getting her wet even more. "Phew…it's a little cold…but refreshing." she thought to herself as she felt the moisture all over her. Soon, the log ride ended, bringing the Closers back to the starting point. "Wow. You were right. It really was wet." Mirae said as she was getting off from the log.

"Y-Yeah…" Seha replied as he looked at Mirae before slowly turning away in embarrassment.

"Um…Seha? Is there something wrong?"

"Well…it's just that…I can…see…"

For a moment, Mirae was confused until she looked down at herself. It was then she saw that her dress was completely wet, and her underwear was able to be seen. Immediately, she blushed and covered herself. "O-Oh…"

"Yeah…" Seha quickly took off his jacket and gave it to her. "Here."

"T-Thank you…" she replied as she quickly wore Seha's jacket before grabbing onto his hand. "L-Let's go."

Seha nodded and the two quickly left the attraction…

(Later…)

"Man, I can't believe me and Mirae went on nearly every ride here. How long has it been since we've been here? It feels like forever…" Seha thought to himself. It was then he noticed the time by a nearby clock. "Hey, it's getting quite late. Should we head home?"

Mirae shook her head sideways in disagreement. "No. I want to go on one more ride."

"I see…then, want to go on that?" he said as he pointed at something.

Mirae then looked at what Seha was pointing at. "What is that?"

"A ferris wheel. It's kind of like the merry-go round we went on earlier, but it goes up and down instead."

"I see."

Soon, the two waited for a bit before heading to a cabin. "Seha, is it going to start moving soon?"

"Relax, it will start soon."

And as if on cue, the closers heard and felt something unlocked before the gondola started moving at a slow pace. As the cabin was slowly rotating, they were getting higher, and it got Mirae interested in seeing how high it can go.

And then, they reached the top, where they received a view of the entire theme park. Immediately, Mirae looked in awe as she saw everything from the safety of the cabin. "Wow, you can see the entire park from here…" she said in amazement.

"Yeah. This is possibly the best view of the entire park itself."

It was then Mirae got off from her seat in favor of sitting next to Seha. As she did, she locked her arm with Seha's while resting her head on his shoulder. For a moment, the two did nothing but gaze at the scenery in front of them.

"Seha."

"What is it, Mirae?"

"This moment…I want to cherish it forever."

Seha nodded in reply as well. "Me too."

And then, the two remained like this for the entire ride, viewing the entire theme park from the view of their cabin…
