Beta read by people&nbsp;"Man, cleaning up the house takes a lot of work, even with phase force…" Seha thought to himself as he dusted off a corner of the house.&nbsp;"Hey, Seha. Where do I put this?"&nbsp;Upon hearing that voice, Seha turned around to see Mirae who was carrying a massive box. "Oh that? Put it in a corner somewhere, I'll check the contents later." he replied. Mirae nodded and placed the box in a nearby corner before getting back to cleaning. "I can't believe this much dust was piled up around the house. Then again, with being a Closer, there's barely any time to clean up the house…"&nbsp;Meanwhile, Mirae was cleaning another part of the house. "So this is what cleaning the house is like…it's not like back at the island…" she thought to herself as she wiped the windows. "And this type of work…it's not bad…"&nbsp;Soon, Seha and Mirae were done with the house cleaning. "Phew. We're done." Seha said as he let out a sigh.&nbsp;"Yeah.&nbsp;"By the way…what was in that box?" Mirae asked as she pointed at the box she put in a nearby corner.&nbsp;"That box…I have no clue actually. It must have been from a long time ago."&nbsp;"I see…want to open it?"&nbsp;"Hmm…sure. I don't see any harm opening it."&nbsp;The two then opened the box. Upon seeing what was inside, Seha immediately knew what the box was.&nbsp;It was a box filled with his childhood memories. Stuff that he collected during his childhood.&nbsp;Before he became a Closer.&nbsp;"Seha…what is all of this?" Mirae asked curiously.&nbsp;"That is…all of my stuff from my childhood."&nbsp;"All of this?" she asked as she looked at the contents with curiosity.&nbsp;"Yeah. You can take a look at them if you want."&nbsp;Interested, Mirae then examined the contents of the box. In it, she saw various items such as toys and photos, and she was in awe. "So this is the stuff Seha had as a kid…cute…" she thought to herself as she looked at them. It was then that something caught her eye, and she grabbed it. However, when she saw it, she was a little confused.&nbsp;Because it was a photo of what appears to be Seha, but rather with white hair and golden-yellow eyes.&nbsp;"Hey…Seha…do you have a sibling by any chance?"&nbsp;"Hm? No. Why?"&nbsp;"Well…there's this photo…that looks like you, but differently."&nbsp;Immediately, Seha knew what Mirae was talking about. "Oh. That…that's me when I activated my phase force…" he said sadly.&nbsp;It was then Mirae knew she accidentally brought up his past again. "Sorry. I didn't mean to bring your past up again."&nbsp;"No. It's fine actually. In fact, now that we're together…it's about time that I tell you everything." Seha said with a sigh.&nbsp;"Eh? Are you sure?" Mirae asked worryingly.&nbsp;"Yeah. Although it may take a while to tell you everything. I hope that you don't mind."&nbsp;"No. I don't mind." Mirae replied.&nbsp;Soon, both Seha and Mirae sat down on the couch. As they did, Seha began to speak out. "Well…as you already know, my childhood wasn't particularly a happy one for the most part." Seha said, to which Mirae nodded in reply. "Well…the biggest reason why…is because of who I am."&nbsp;That got Mirae confused. "Who you are? What do you mean?"&nbsp;"Well, before I continue, let me ask you this. Have you ever heard of Jisu Seo?"&nbsp;"Jisu Seo? I've heard a few bits about her. She's a hero from the last war, right?" Mirae replied to which Seha nodded in reply. "What does she has to do with you?"&nbsp;Seha let out a deep sigh. "Jisu Seo…is my mom."&nbsp;Mirae was surprised upon hearing his words. "Jisu Seo is your mom?"&nbsp;"Yes."&nbsp;For a short moment, there was silence between the two before Mirae continued the conversation. "I see…so, what does being Jisu's son have anything to do with this?"&nbsp;Seha sighed again. "Well, when I was growing up, I had to deal with a lot of attention from everyone due to my mom's status as a hero from the last dimensional war. It was really frustrating because a lot of people did not see me as Seha Lee, but rather Jisu Seo's son. Not to mention that me and my mom felt like we lost our privacy as human beings."&nbsp;At that moment, Mirae could not help but feel bad about Seha. "Did you had someone to talk to at the time?"&nbsp;"Aside from my mom, not really. I did have some friends, but looking back, they only wanted to meet my mom and never really wanted to talk to me in general."Immediately, Mirae felt disgusted at how people completely disregarded Seha as a person. However, the storytelling was not over yet.&nbsp;"And…things got worse when my phase force was awakened."&nbsp;Mirae's eyes widened upon hearing Seha's words. "It did? What happened?"&nbsp;"Well, when my phase force was awakened, I had to deal with a lot of pressure from other people because everyone now had high expectations of me. Everyone wanted me to be something like my mom, and they did not care about my own opinion or decisions. And…I even got more lonely than before."&nbsp;"Really?"&nbsp;Seha nodded. "Because of my phase force awakening, those so-called friends stayed away from me, and for a long time, I was truly alone. Everyday felt empty, my mind felt like it was going to explode, and I couldn't take it anymore. It was then I had to transfer from my old school to one sponsored by UNION due to my phase force. It was then I first met my team leader, Sylvi. Then there were the times that I was being used by people just to meet my mom, and it really hurts…and angered me. It felt like I was just an afterthought for people, like they didn't care about me or who I am as a person. If I hadn't met Sylvi and the others…I wouldn't want to know how my life would have turned out…" he said bitterly.&nbsp;"Seha…"&nbsp;"Mirae…just who am I? And…do I even deserve to live?"&nbsp;For a moment, Mirae was silent before bringing Seha into a hug. "That's simple. You are you, Seha. A Closer. The same Closer that I fell in love with, and nothing is going to change that. Remember, you're not alone anymore. You have your teammates, the people from UNION that help us with our missions, the other teams you met…and me. So please, don't think of yourself negatively like that. Doing that makes me sad…"&nbsp;For a moment, Seha was motionless before returning the hug. "Sorry. I didn't mean to make you sad like this…"&nbsp;"It's fine. To be honest, I didn't know you felt this way about yourself until now…"&nbsp;The two remained in the hug for a while, feeling the warmth of each other in the embrace. After a while, Mirae let go of Seha before asking him a question. "Hey…Seha…can I ask you to do something?"&nbsp;"Sure. What is it?"&nbsp;"Well…do you mind if I see your eyes? Without the contact lens."&nbsp;For a moment, Seha was a bit stunned at Mirae's request. "Are you sure?"&nbsp;Mirae nodded in reply. "I want to see all of you, and I mean it. I want to see what you truly look like. After all, how can I stay by you if I don't see the real you?"Seha remained silent for a short while before saying his answer. "A-Alright. Just let me go to the bathroom for a bit. I've got to wash them out." he said as he got off the couch and went for the bathroom, leaving Mirae alone. After a short while, he came back.&nbsp;But with golden-yellow eyes. His true eyes.&nbsp;Seha did not say anything as he sat down next to Mirae again. "W-Well…how do you feel after seeing them?"&nbsp;For a moment, Mirae was silent after seeing his eyes, making Seha wonder if it was a bad idea. However, Mirae's answer completely changed everything.&nbsp;"They're beautiful."&nbsp;For a moment, Seha was completely stunned by Mirae's words. "R-Really?"&nbsp;Mirae nodded in reply. "Yes. They're the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen. I don't see why you should use eye contacts to cover them up. They're fine the way they are."&nbsp;Immediately, Seha was completely overwhelmed with Mirae's words. However, she was not done talking yet.&nbsp;"However, if you still feel uncomfortable with your eyes and still want to use eye contacts, I'm okay with that as well. Just do whatever that makes you feel better."At that moment, Seha was completely speechless.&nbsp;"Seha? Are you alright?"&nbsp;"S-Sorry. It's just that…hearing someone say that about my eyes…that was the first time someone has ever done that. And…well…"&nbsp;It was then Mirae noticed a teardrop was coming out from Seha's eye. I just wasn't expecting to-"&nbsp;Then, to Seha's surprise, Mirae wrapped her hands around his neck, and brought his face towards her breasts, making him blush as she smothering him with them. "It's okay to cry. If you want to cry, then do it. I'm not judging you if you cry or not. Just release everything. Let everything out if it makes you feel better." she said softly with a soothing tone of voice.&nbsp;For a moment, Seha did not say anything after hearing Mirae's words. However, what happened next was that a few whimpers and sniffing was heard.And then, Seha started crying, wailing in relief as tears started to come out of his eyes nonstop. The tears themselves began to run down his face, staining Mirae's shirt as it got wet over time. However, Mirae did not mind.&nbsp;Instead, she comforted him as she rubbed his hair and patted him on the back. "There, there. Let it all out. You don't have to hold it in forever. I'm here for you." she said.&nbsp;It was then Mirae made a new promise to herself. To give Seha the happiness he deserved. To make sure he never experiences sadness and loneliness again.&nbsp;Eventually, Seha stopped crying. "Do you feel better?" Mirae asked.&nbsp;"Yeah. I feel better." he said, muffled in her shirt.&nbsp;Mirae let out a soft sigh of relief. However, Seha was not done talking yet as to Mirae's surprise, he suddenly wrapped his arms around Mirae's waist. "Seha?"&nbsp;"Mirae. Um…do you mind if we stay like this a little longer? It's just that…well, this feels good…and I don't want to let go…" he asked with a blush and embarrassment on his face.&nbsp;Mirae let out a giggle upon hearing Seha's request. "Sure. If it makes you feel better, I don't mind. Just stay here as long as you wish." she said as she wrapped her arms around Seha's body.&nbsp;And the two remained like this…&nbsp;(Later that evening…)&nbsp;As Seha was lying down on the bed, he could not help but feel warm thinking about what happened in the afternoon. "I did it. I told Mirae everything about my past…and…everything feels different now…" It was then he heard a knock coming from the door. "Mirae?"&nbsp;"Seha, do you mind if I come in?"&nbsp;"Sure."&nbsp;The door then opened, revealing Mirae who was wearing a nightgown. For a moment, Seha could not help but blush upon seeing her. "Is there something wrong?"&nbsp;"Um…Seha, if you don't mind…can I sleep with you?"&nbsp;At that moment, Seha was completely dumbfounded before snapping himself back to reality. "Why?"&nbsp;"Well…I feel a bit lonely without you actually…so…please?"&nbsp;For a moment, Seha was silent for a few seconds before giving his reply. "Sure."&nbsp;Mirae let out a soft smile as she walked towards Seha's bed before slowly raising the bed sheets and lying down next to him. As she laid down next to him, she grabbed his arm and moved it towards her breasts while bringing herself closer to him, making him blush.&nbsp;"Seha."&nbsp;"What is it?"&nbsp;"I promise you, I won't leave you alone. That, I swear." she said as she held onto him tighter.&nbsp;For a moment, nothing happened between the two before Seha replied. "Thank you."&nbsp;"No problem. Now then, let's go to sleep." she said as she got into a comfortable position. Meanwhile, Seha slightly rolled over to where Mirae was and wrapped his arm around her. However, he was not ready to go to sleep yet.&nbsp;"Mirae."&nbsp;"What?"&nbsp;"I love you."&nbsp;Mirae let out a small giggle. "I love you too."&nbsp;And the two fell asleep together…
